Follow the road signs in the direction of Valle di Muggio – Cross Castel San Pietro, Morbio Superiore, Caneggio, Bruzella in the direction of Cabbio – at the entrance to the village of Cabbio turn right in the direction of 'Cimitero' – keep right – at the end of the bumpy street and go straight towards Uggine, past the playground – on the left side of the street below the gray house a Cloud9 parking lot is waiting for you. Cloud9 is nestled in the picturesque Valle di Muggio, Switzerland's southernmost valley which has been recognized as Switzerland’s most beautiful landscape by the Foundation for Landscape Conservation in 2014.
The apartment is located in Cabbio, one of the valley’s nine rustic villages, at approximately 700 meters above sea level. Despite the remote location, the house is easy to reach, both by car and public transport.
Milan and its airports are only about 60km away and can be reached in less than an hour. In just 30 minutes you are on the shores of Lake Como and Lake Lugano. Lake Maggiore is not much further away either.
It’s the perfect place for those in search of an authentic countryside experience in privacy and quietness whilst having the option to visit charming towns in both Italy and Switzerland, walk along the shores of stunning lakes and enjoying shopping and city culture just a quick drive away.
Cloud9 is situated right in the middle of a network of numerous hiking and biking trails which means that the physically active can step out of the front door and directly hop on their bike or start a run or a hike.
